Penelope Cruz a Latina?
Come on people, don't be such a fool! She's European, if you want to find latina/o go down south america and stop being stupid in socio-geography or anthropology. No wonder why argentinians belive, they are europeans.

The word Latina/o, in my understanding, is derived from the Latin language, which was the basis for a variety of European languages, so if you want to define the word broadly you could include Italians, French, Spanish, Portuguese and even Romanians into this group. When you combine the Latin influence of the Iberian Peninsula with the indigenous people of the Americas, you get an entire new ethnicity: the Mestizos. However, the defining characteristic of all the tribes of the Americas is the influence of the Spanish language and the accompanying Spanish culture. South Americans certainly aren’t Spanish after so many years and so many miles of physical separation. Similarly, Americans aren't English but you certainly can see the likeliness of the parent countries from whence we came. Every Latino country has their own version of the empanada and the US has retained the pasty complexion, binge alcoholism, stoicism, emotional reserve and accompanying depressive episodes. While we’re all different, we can’t escape our parentage.
